People will use it to check in &amp; check out of establishments that they visit. For example, if you visit a bar &amp; someone there gets infected, the government will know who else was there.\u202cThe govt are saying that use of the app is voluntary &amp; that all they get to know about you is your telephone number. (Though as we had to use ID to register our SIM, they will also know our name &amp; address.)
